Conerney Estate Agents’ letting service is built around our landlords.

With a key emphasis on finding the right tenant for that particular property, we aim to source a tenant that fills our landlords chosen particulars.

What we are after is a nice stress free letting, rented to good quality tenant that doesn’t cause hassle. Someone that pays the rent on time and keeps the property in good condition.

It’s not so much to ask really is it?

We’re only as good as our last letting and if we place a bad tenant, it reflects very badly on us. That’s not what we’re about.

Conerney Estate Agents will only place a good quality tenant in to your property, we will ensure the tenants are fully vetted, references checked and we’re happy they are the right tenant for your property.

How Conerney Estate Agents will look after the letting of your property:

  1. We will call to your property at a time that suits you and give you a realistic and up to date market valuation of your property, free of charge.
  2. We will advise you of the different services we offer, be it a letting only or a let and manage scenario and we will discuss how we can maximise the potential of your property and your rental income.
  3.  We will advertise the property on all the major websites including our own with professional photography and a unique marketing strategy.
  4. We will organise suitable viewers to view your property at a time that is convenient for you and the potential tenant and we will find the RIGHT tenant for YOUR property.
  5. We are very stringent with the type of tenants we do business with, we always request and check references from the tenants employers and previous landlords. We will always receive copies of their I.D., PPSN Number and Bank Statements to ensure we know exactly who we are dealing with.
  6. Once the landlord and our-selves are happy with the references, we will organise to get the tenant moved into the property at a time that suits all parties concerned.
  7. We will get the tenants to sign a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract that is drawn up by our company solicitor. (unless specified to do otherwise) This contract is up to date with current PRTB Legislation and is designed to protect our landlords as much as possible.
  8.  We will receive full monies from the tenant and transfer funds to you immediately, less our agreed fee, to your nominated bank account.
